No further issues have been found in our watching period.
The optic module has been replaced onsite. All fibre CPE seem to be connected and operating as per normal. Please call 0508 REXNET if you still are having issues connecting to the internet.
We have identified a core piece of equipment in the Minden Cabinet as faulty. A spare optic module for our line terminal will be installed overnight. We hope to have service up before 12/12/2018 7AM
