RexNetworks - Te Puke Upstream Fibre Outage – Incident details

Vocus have completed this non-notified maintenance and we are seeing services come back online now.

Vocus' field team have been conducting maintenance on the fibre link from Tauranga to Te Puke. This was not notified to our upstream fibre connectivity provider nor any of their customers. The ETA for restoration was 6am this morning and they are chasing their field team for an update as that time has passed. More updates to follow.
