Summary: Our team will be performing essential core network project work. This window will only be used to complete aspects incomplete from Impact#1 & Impact#2. Customer Impact: Affected Services: All services (Internet, Voice, and Data). Behavior: During this window, our team may be making changes that could cause a brief outage. (less than 30 minutes) Action Required: No action is required on your part. We recommend avoiding any critical data transfers or updates during this 3.5-hour window. Once the work is complete at 4:30 AM, services should stabilize automatically. Note: If your service does not automatically restore after 4:30 AM, please try power-cycling your equipment (unplug for 30 seconds and plug back in). We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we complete this project work.

In order to complete this project works our team have need to change this final "Hazard/Precautionary" notification to an Impact. We are expecting some customers to experience outages upto 30 minutes in length and may be multiple of these outages until works are complete.
