A core power component has been identified as defective causing a loss of service. A full mitigation will be completed tomorrow morning.
Service has been restored to customers. Please power cycle if you are still having issues connecting.
We are currently investigating an outage to our Paengaroa rural fibre network
We have seen improvements to performance.
Our upstream fibre partner is continuing to monitor their network.
They are seeing a reduction in latency and improvement in performance.
We are currently investigating a degraded performance issue with our upstream fibre partner. So far we have seen this issue effecting connections located in Te Puke, Greerton, Mt Maunganui & Papamoa.We'll post further updates as more information comes to hand.

We are doing a scheduled reboot of our secondary core router (CCR2). Services connected will have an outage of up to 30 minutes from 1:00am. Some services will switch between core routers throughout this window.
