We are doing a scheduled reboot of our secondary core router (CCR2). Services connected will have an outage of up to 30 minutes from 1:00am. Some services will switch between core routers throughout this window.
Power & service is restored.
Fibre services are affected due to localised power outage. Equipment is currently offline. Awaiting PowerCo restore. Next update on status change.
Our team indentified an unresponsive network element. This has been power cycled and services are restoring. Any issues still present please power cycle your broadband equipment before touching base with support.
Our team are investigating a loss of service to our Paengaroa Rural Fibre network. Updates to follow.
2degrees are reporting no further issues with mobile calling. We can no longer replicate any calling issues either. We will close this off now. Any further issues with mobile please raise via standard support channels.

Our upstream network partner had a planned network migration project that has impacted our customer connections. Unfortunately we were not notified about this work. Connections are now restoring and coming online. If your connection is still offline after 9:20pm please try power cycling your router/modem.

Our upstream 4G/5G FWA provider has a core issue at present which is causing a loss of service for customers. Their technical engineers are working to resolve. Updates will be posted when we hear more.

If you are still experiencing connectivity issues, please power cycle your router/modem (turn it off and back on) to refresh the connection.
