    Our upstream fibre connectivity provider has scheduled cable overlay in Maketu region. This is to perform a fibre cable overlay for roadworks. This should only cause an outage of up to 240 minutes.

    Following on from work yesterday our technicians will install & test a secondary link. All going well, a short outage will occur as they switch over from the primary to secondary link. A replacement/onsite visit will occur today. This work can only be completed during fine weather with a relatively low wind speed. Services connected will have small outage while we do this.
